*It is important to carry out correct maintenance of the wooden shed. The booths have a water-based varnish treatment for exteriors and it is essential to renew said treatment at least once a year or depending on the climate where it is located.

*Before installing the wooden house, make sure you have enough space for it. The log shed should be installed on a flat, level surface for stability, and should be mounted on a hard surface that will prevent sagging. (For larger houses it may be necessary or at least recommended to install a cement or gravel pad before the playhouse can be installed.)
