Shipments, returns and right of withdrawal

Sending the package

The expected delivery times are 72/96 hours for shipments to Europe, the items are shipped by DHL or GLS.

The delivery time that we provide does not count Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders placed before 2:30 p.m. leave the same day, orders received after 2:30 p.m. leave the next business day.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

In the rare case that you receive the product in poor condition, we recommend that you contact us using the contact form within 48 hours of receiving the order to give you instructions on how to proceed. If you receive a car with a damaged part, it will be replaced free of charge.

If you are not happy with the product received, you can return it without giving further explanations, note that returns are allowed within the next 30 days from receipt of the product. The product must be returned with the original packaging and without signs of use / wear, otherwise, the product could suffer a depreciation .. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping and costs thereof to our warehouses. To return a product, please contact us at tienda@ataacars.com so that we can give you the shipping address. Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount of the product.

Cash on delivery order: We accept orders with cash on delivery. Orders that we receive with cash on delivery, must be verified by an ataacars.com employee before being sent, for them, a representative of the store will contact you by phone. Cash on delivery orders that do not indicate a contact telephone number will be automatically canceled.

Returns:

The items must be returned in their original packaging, the item must not show any mark of having been used and the seals of the accessories that go inside the box cannot be broken. If not, the product could suffer a depreciation.

In the event that you wish to make a return within the term, send us an email to tienda@ataacars.com.com, indicating the reason for the return.

It is very important that you check the car as soon as you receive it, so that we can properly process the claim for damage during transport.

Returns of goods up to 40kg volumetric have a cost of 29.99 €, 40kg to 60kg volumetric have a cost of 49 € For volumetric items over 60 kg please consult customer service.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal in the following 60 days after receiving the product, for this you must complete by sending us the following form: Withdrawal

- In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

- The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.

- The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The guarantee of batteries, both lithium and lead-acid batteries, being consumable goods with a limited useful life in time and number of charges,

shall be considered under the current regulations applied: Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 of 16 November. Articles 120 to 123. 

Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999. In which it is established that if a defect is not accredited within 6 months,

 it is presumed to be due to incorrect use and will be imputable to the consumer.
